Tasting- Wilson Daniels

Name: Wilson Daniels
Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Central Coast, California
Country: United States
Year: 2010
Price: $7.95

Winery review:
Orange blossom and citrus permeate the aromas. Alluring flavors of orange and grapefruit dominate the palate. Bright acidity balances the plush mouthfeel, resulting in a clean finish.

My Review:   The smelled like a tangerine, like a citrusy smell from more of a sour citrus fruit.  A very clear and just plain looking wine.  The taste was not anything astounding but it was good.  Dry citrus taste, a little too much acid hits the palate at first but no after taste.  All in all not a bad wine, I could definitely try this again with salad or a light dish.

Food: I did not have this wine with food.
